CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (June 2024) – MCM Partners, a leading private investment firm, has successfully closed on the equity financing for the new Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen located in “The Bowl at Ballantyne”. Situated in Charlotte, NC, The Bowl at Ballantyne™ will be the Ballantyne area’s new living room, kitchen and concert hall, filling the gap between work and home with opportunities for culinary exploration, world-class shopping, family-friendly entertainment and healthy living.
Rooster’s Wood Fired Kitchen is an expanding restaurant concept within the premium casual market segment. There are three high performing locations currently in Charlotte and Winston-Salem with a fourth opening in Ballantyne in 2024. Consistently voted one of the top 25 best restaurants in Charlotte and known as best of the best in the NC Triad.
According to 40-year restauranteur Jim Noble, “Simple food is harder to execute; there’s nowhere to hide the flaws. So, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. We take all the time necessary to develop their flavor and showcase their unique characteristics—using both European and modern techniques—and always working from scratch. And then we present them to you at the table with an equal amount of care, because the biggest difference between eating out and dining is the service.”
“We are so thrilled to provide the equity financing for the new Rooster’s Wood Fired Grill in the Ballantyne area” said Derek Copeland, Principal of MCM Partners. “We are happy to continue upon the success of a proven restaurant concept and partner with an experienced and world-class operator like Jim Noble. We believe the Ballantyne market is eager for a high quality and proven family friendly experience that Jim and his team will bring to this growing part of Charlotte, NC.”
