About Us
MCM Partners was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing unique access to assets that are not correlated to the day-to-day movements of the financial markets. We believe investors desire long term strategies with low volatility. We seek to offer compelling investments in high caliber commercial real estate, emerging private companies, and innovative fixed income instruments.
Over the past eight years, MCM Partners has structured innovative deals producing tremendous value and positive outcomes. We have partnered with high credit national corporations such as Publix and Starbucks, and private companies like Wheels Up and Christensen Arms.
MCM Partners begins every project with a detailed, easy to understand presentation. We want investors to have full knowledge of the opportunity, understand why we find it compelling, what can be expected in terms of projected cash flow and returns, and how we plan to exit the investment.
During the life of the investment, we issue quarterly financial reports. If we are developing or renovating a property, we provide updates and pictures on the progress of construction and tenant move-ins.
Our private investments bring together like-minded people When we begin a new project at MCM Partners, we form a new LLC specifically for the investment. Those who decide to invest in the opportunity become members of the LLC. They partner with us and with each other to provide the required equity or debt for the project.
Our partnership groups naturally unite people who think similarly about investing. MCM partners want to grow and protect their wealth and do not want to rely solely on the financial markets. They want to invest in projects that provide cash flow, appreciation and tax advantages. Our partners want to invest in commercial real estate with high credit national tenants, limiting their risk as property investors.
MCM Investment Thesis
MCM Partners strategically brings together people who invest together on their path to exceptional freedom.
We believe that private investments are a vital part of any well-designed portfolio.
Diversification is a basic tenet of investing. It is important to diversify your holdings across a broad spectrum of investments. At MCM Partners, we provide access to exceptional private assets that maximize portfolio performance.
We believe private equity and private debt give us alternative ways to grow and protect our wealth that can’t be achieved in the financial markets alone.
MCM Partners has cultivated solid, long-standing relationships with high credit national corporations such as Publix, Starbucks, and Walgreens. Our experience, relationships and expertise allow us to structure innovative deals that produce positive outcomes.
We believe in having multiple passive income streams.
These multiple passive income streams is vital to creating wealth. We are not a fund – we offer investments on a project-by-project basis. This allows our investors to choose the opportunities that are right for them and pass on the ones that are not. We call it exceptional freedom.
